  Alcoholic beverages

You can bring alcoholic beverages with you as long as it is storage in the trunk of the Limousine. Although Spoiled has beverage packages you can select under our services

and add to your order or you can send an email with your requests to ( ********email info******).The purchased beverages bought from Spoiled can be enjoyed at agreed stopping points during the transfer.

Smoking on board

Passengers are NOT allowed to smoke on board and anyone caught doing so many be required to pay for cleaning the vehicle.

Where do I meet my chauffeur?

Our ground airport representative will be waiting for you just before the exit door of the arrival hall, holding a sign with your name on it. Those who choose the Fast Track service will have a representative waiting for them by the arrival gate and he/she will be holding a signboard with your name on it.

How do you know I am the client?

Firstly, you book our service and then you receive a confirmation email. We will a ‘’reminder’’ email 24 hours before your arrival to make sure that all information is correct and to check if there are any changes to your journey.

What happens in case of delay?

Your chauffeur checks live tracking maps, flight status and airport delays for airline flights, private G/A flights and airports.

What happens if I am late?

Outside of delayed flights, we reserve the right to charge an additional fee if passengers are more than 30 minutes late. Please inform us in advance if you believe you will be late to the pick up point. (This excludes pick up at the airports)

Are there any extra charges?

There are no hidden charges as all fares mentioned on website are inclusive of chauffeur/airport representative services, parking fees, car rental fees, taxes, toll charges, fuel, newspaper (on occasion), cold bottled water, refreshing candy and mini wet towels.

Are there any extra benefits?

You can find the list of all of our specialties mentioned on the website such as sparkling wine, Champagne 200ml, soft drinks, flowers, snacks (catalogue), Greek mobile phone. The price of optional extras will be added to the final bill before you pay once, they have been selected.

Last minute booking for hourly service

All clients must book for a minimum of 3 hours if the choose our disposal service.

BOOKING AND PAYMENT

Principles

The compensation claim of Spoiled is specified in the booking confirmation.

Key factors for its amount are: the choses vehicle class, the distance, how far in advance the ride is booked, as well as the pick-up time and possibly the location.

Additionally, booked special requests, e.g. multilingual chauffeur, individual vehicle labeling, additional stops, bulky luggage, car seats for children, etc. may cause the price to increase.

Ride changes

Even after the conclusion of the arrangement agreement and even after the start of the ride, it is possible for the user (and the guest) to make changes to the travel arrangements.

If a ride is spontaneously length according to the wish of the user, or guest, the actual service will be newly calculated and priced according to the current price structure. In the case of hourly bookings, each additional 30-minute block is considered for invoicing from the fist additional minute, a half hour will be rounded up to ensure more reliable planning.

Accordingly, the compensation claim increases for the User, due to Spoiled’s expenses for the contract of carriage for the benefit of the User increasing.

If the distance or number of hours are less than originally booked, the price remains unaffected.

Other premiums

Waiting times for transfer services

For transfer services, no surcharges are applied for a waiting time up to 60 minutes after the agreed pick up time, at which flight or earlier flights lead to deferral of the scheduled pick up time by the planned period of time between the planned arrival time and the original pick up time, and up to 30 minutes from the agreed pick up time in all other cases.

 

Paying methods

You can pay on our website when you pay for your vehicle or extra services.  Customers

can pay via easy quick pay Credit Card, PayPal or payment link sending by email in

customer’s phone. We charge 30% of the total bill on all our services as minimum

deposit. When a payment trough a secure payment link is being transferred with

another currency, we will surcharge an additional handling fee of 3% to cover the

payment gateway providers costs. If there is any remaining amount it must be paid to

the chauffeur upon arrival following your order confirmation.

Why must I pay upfront?

In most cases, upfront payment will be necessary because we work high quality hotels, VIP Fast Track or airport ground representatives, airlines and travel agencies that require payment before any services are made available.

What happens if I need to make changes to my booking?

Please give us at least 24 hours if you need to make changes to your destination, pick up address, luggage amount or number of passengers in your group. We may be unable to accommodate extra passengers or luggage unless the above minimum notice is given and if we are able to carry more passengers there may be an extra service charge.

What happens if I need to cancel my booking? 

We allow customers to cancel their booking up to 14 days in advance without any extra charge. Cancellations made after that point will be subject to a cancellation fee.

Please note: if a customer cancels with less than 48 hours’ notice, no refund will be given.

AIRPORT SERVICES

Depending on your airport and type of flight, it could take 20 to 40 minutes to get your ride after you land. Business travelers are experts at saving time and navigating airports. Case in point: all others take 40% to longer to exit airports after domestic flights and 30% longer after international flights. Our driver will wait for you at the designed limousine location at the airport but if you choose our VIP Fast Track service you will skip the immigration queues and be brought to a private check-in counter by a golf cart. Our airport ground representative will help you carry your bags to your vehicle.

VEHICLES

Luggage onboard

You are permitted to carry pieces of luggage on board that are specified on our website next to our vehicle. If you have extra luggage such as golf bags or push chairs you must tell us prior to booking our service. If a passenger attempts to carry extra or bigger luggage, we charge an extra fee or reply to send your additional/over-sized luggage in a regular cargo to follow our vehicle.

What kind of vehicles are available?

Spoiled offers luxury vehicles from world class manufactures including Mercedes Benz, Range Rover, Jeep and Maserati. We use brand new cars less than one-year old, new cars less than three years old and we maintain and keep it clean.
